His goal is to help busy business owners attract, retain, and reward their best employees. As a business owner, Jim understands the long work nights and importance of stellar team players.

To keep up to date with new ideas, Jim stays sharp by earning his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Accredited Pension Representative (APR), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Profession Plan Consultant (PPC) designations. He is an active member of National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), the National Institute of Plan Administrators (NIPA) and the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries (ASPPA). Also, Jim loves acronyms.
Jim is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts and St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. He lives in Bellingham, Massachusetts, with his wife Erin, their two daughters, Caroline and Lauren and their two dogs, Zoe and Daisy. In his spare time, Jim enjoys grilling, gardening, and tending to his wine and car collections.

How can you educate, motivate, and empower people to move to their goals? Well, from an early age, Michael knew he wanted to solve that question and help people work toward financial freedom. So, Michael worked to learn the ins and outs of the tax codes of retirement plans, so that he could provide his clients with objective, impartial guidance.
He offers attentive service and creative plan design strategies tailored to fit the unique situations of successful individuals and organizations. As a detail oriented and goal focused steward, Michael practices a holistic approach to retirement plan analysis that taxes, insurance, cash flow analysis, control groups, mergers & acquisitions assessments, and business planning, while seeking to maximize overall efficiency within the framework of a prudently designed retirement plan.
At CWM Retirement Plan Services, Michael’s area of concentration Include: keeping clients happy, constantly learning and educating plan sponsors, and working to create plan designs that compliment business goals.
As a evergreen learner, Michael is a member of several professional associations, including the National Financial Management Association (NFMA), the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association (WYBA), the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce, Worcester Local First and the Worcester Community Action Council Advisory Committee.
After attending Saint Peter Marian Jr and Sr High School, Michael went on to graduate with honors from Bentley College, earning a B.S. Degree as a Major in Finance and a Minor in Law. In his time at Bentley, Michael was an active member of the Bentley College Finance Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Phi. Michael resides in Worcester, Massachusetts with his wife, Emily.

Beth Gaskins is a Senior Plan Administrator for CWM Retirement Plan Services. With almost 20 years of experience she has worked in all areas of defined contribution plan administration from plan design and implementation to annual reporting and disclosure. She manages plans of various size and complexity and provides IRS audit assistance when needed. Beth enjoys working closely with clients and takes pleasure in seeing plan sponsors and their employees prepare for and reach the end goal…. retirement!
During her time off, Beth enjoys being a mom to 2 daughters and 2 dogs, and an aunt to 2 nephews. She also loves cooking, hiking, and sports - especially tennis. VAMOS RAFA!

Jill Wasgatt is the Vice President of Operations for CWM Retirement Plan Services. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Jill manages the day to day operations of the firm and oversees the firm’s client service support staff.
Jill successfully earned her Professional Plan Consultant (PPC) designation, becoming one of the first women in the state of Massachusetts to do so in the process.
Out of the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and enjoys keeping up with celebrity gossip and reality television. She lives in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she was born and raised and graduated from Assumption College.
Stephen Dilanian, CPFA

Steve specializes in areas of corporate and small business retirement plan consulting. He assists on plan design as well as the ongoing support to provide independent, objective advice that businesses need to effectively run their retirement plans. Through helping to increase tax deductions, helping to stay in compliance with the IRS and Department of Labor, and working to reduce the fee structures of the plan, Steve allows the plan sponsor to limit his/her personal liability and to ultimately run a focused and purposeful plan.
After attending the Belmont Hill School in Belmont, MA, Steve went on to graduate from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where he majored in both Economics and Political Science. He began his career working in a small family business, and has had experience in corporate technology sales as well as investment consulting.
Steve grew up in Needham, MA. He now lives in Charlestown, MA and enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, and baseball.

Amber Boutin is an Enrollment Support Specialist in the West Springfield, Massachusetts office. Amber has an extensive background in the banking and financial services industry in both compliance and customer support. Amber helps create a smoother retirement plan experience for Plan Sponsors by handling many of the logistical aspects of enrolling new participants into a company retirement plan.
In her free time, Amber loves to spend time with her fiancé Todd and daughter Hayleigh. Amber enjoys being out on her boat and surrounding herself with friends and family. She currently lives in Chicopee, Massachusetts, where she was born and raised.

Beth Shanley joined CWM Retirement Plan Services in 2014, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the banking industry. As a Distribution & Contribution Support Specialist, Beth assists Participants who are looking to take loans or distributions from their retirement plan accounts and assists Plan Sponsors with the logistics of remitting contributions in a timely and accurate manner.
Out of the office Beth enjoys family time with her two sons and daughter in-law. Beth also enjoys her two favorite hobbies, quilting and knitting; Beth is currently the only person at CWM who knows how to do a Blind Stitch or knows what a Y Seam is. Beth was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts and now lives in Holden, Massachusetts.
